Privacy
Short version: no cookies, no tracking profiles, and we only use what you send us to answer you.
Who we are
Koi Visual, a studio for architectural and interior images and films. Contact: project@koivisual.com.
What this site collects
Nothing that identifies you. The site sets no cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records pages viewed and rough location without cookies or personal profiles.
What you send us
When you email or message us, we receive your name, contact details and project information. The brief form on this site only prepares an email in your own email app; it stores nothing.
Why we use it
To reply, prepare a quote and run the project you hire us for. We never sell or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project and invoice records are kept as long as accounting rules require.
Services we rely on
Cloudflare hosts this site. Films stream from Bunny.net. Both process only what is needed to deliver the pages to you.
Your rights
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will do it within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
